System Engineer

Is that you?

  • You are passionate about IT and want to put your knowledge at the service of our customers.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in some of these domains: M365 - Azure - Windows - AD/Microsoft Entra ID - VMware - Citrix - networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing, VLANs, ...).
  • You can preferably supplement this with one or more related certificates (associate or expert level) or are willing to invest in this.
  • Knowledge of PowerShell, Linux and containerization (Kubernetes) are certainly an added value.
  • You are familiar with hybrid business environments
  • You are always ready to share your knowledge and best practices with your colleagues.
  • You are a real team player. But are you still on your own? Then you can do just fine.
  • You are willing to put yourself in the shoes of customers
  • You speak and write fluently in English, other languages are a plus. 

Your work

As a System Engineer you will be part of a team at the customer. This can be for both long-term and short-term assignments. You manage the IT Systems and Applications and you ensure a stable infrastructure. The following things will undoubtedly also be reviewed: 

  • You identify and analyze all kinds of ICT problems, solve them and ensure clear communication and documentation.
  • You will handle service requests such as performing changes, patches and upgrades, and implementing add-ons.
  • You will work on projects for the implementation of new infrastructure or the migration of existing infrastructure components.
  • You provide clear documentation of the implemented solution and thus contribute to efficient support.
  • You advise the client on process-related and technical improvements, and work them out. You do this, for example, by automating recurring tasks to use your time more efficiently.
  • You enjoy sharing your knowledge and experience with your colleagues.
