Senior SharePoint Administrator

We are looking for a Senior SharePoint Online Administrator to join AXLhub’s Modern Work team. In this role, you will work in an international environment, ensuring that the digital workplaces of our international clients are secure, stable, and future‑proof. Your focus lies on governance, configuration, lifecycle management, and operational excellence.

• Manage and maintain SharePoint Online environments on a daily basis.
• Configure and administer sites, permissions, policies, content lifecycle, and compliance settings.
• Monitor the health, performance, and security of SharePoint and Microsoft 365 tenants.
• Collaborate with the Technical Lead to define governance models, standards, and best practices.
• Support clients with incidents, service requests, change management, and adoption questions.
• Execute tenant‑wide configurations and ensure accurate documentation.
• Assist with migrations to SharePoint Online (e.g., from on‑premises or file shares).
• Track Microsoft 365 roadmap updates and advise clients on relevant changes.
• Work closely with project teams while maintaining a primary focus on administration rather than development.

• You have at least 5 years of experience in SharePoint administration.
• You have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365 governance, and security.
• You understand the key “do’s and don’ts” of SharePoint architecture, permissions, and information management.
• You are proficient with PowerShell and PnP for automation and advanced administration.
• Knowledge of SharePoint OnPrem, Power Apps, Power Platform, Graph API or SPFx is a plus, but not required.
• You have experience with cloud migrations and tenant management.
• You are customer‑oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in an international environment.
• You speak fluent English.
