IT Support Engineer

• You have several years of experience with Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory and Windows 10/11.
• Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM, Intune, Citrix and Windows Virtual Desktop are a plus.
• You are eager to learn and follow the developments of Microsoft 365 closely.
• You communicate fluently English.

• As an IT Support Engineer, you are responsible for technical and functional support for our customers for long-term assignments.
• You identify and analyze all kinds of ICT problems, solve them and ensure clear communication and documentation.
• You will handle service requests such as performing changes, patches and upgrades, and implementing add-ons.
• Together with your colleagues in the Belgian team, you strive for the best possible customer experience. Good communication is essential, you keep customers informed of the status of their problem and ensure that all their questions are answered.
• You formulate and develop concrete initiatives to improve and renew the service to our customers. You do this, for example, by automating recurring tasks to use your time more efficiently.
